New 2027 model with HFZ stub axles and floating rear brake disc.

EOS Rotax DD2 rolling chassis for the Rotax DD2 class, built by OTK Kart Group and supplied without engine. Available as the Racer Typhoon TS, with Ø30 mm frame tubes, or the Racer Typhoon TDX S, with Ø32 mm frame tubes. Available from Kartshop in Dubai, UAE.

• Frame: chrome-moly (Cr-Mo) steel approved by BRP-Powertrain, Ø30 mm (TS) or Ø32 mm (TDX S) tubes, specifically designed for the DD2 category, height adjustable front and rear
• Rear axle: Ø40 x 1,060 mm, Type N
• Brake: BWZ, front and rear hydraulic system with self-adjusting function, one-piece 4-piston front calipers, one-piece 2-piston rear caliper, 2-piston Ø16.5 mm master cylinder with brake bias adjuster; self-ventilated Ø140×13 mm front discs and floating rear disc 180×13 mm (BWZ) or 206×16 mm (BWZ/VO), depending on version
• Stub axles: HFZ, new for the 2027 model
• Camber and caster: multi-hole eccentric bushes with integrated Ø10 mm uniball
• Components: magnesium
• Torsion bars: flat front bar supplied, rear bar optional
